Delivery protocol. Restrictions and Add ons

Fysical delivery of your vessel will be official after full financial settlement and signing the Bill Of Sale (BOS) by both parties. Co-signed by official whitness.

As from that moment the full responsibility of the vessel lies with you as purchaser (new owner).

This implicates that you have to arrange on your name:

- Insurance, or temporary insurance. 

- Registration, temporary registration.

- Caretaking at mooring and pay as from that date the mooringcosts

- Collect and create all necessary documents before transport
